Payleo operates on a B2B2C model — we partner with companies to bring salary advances directly to their workforce as an embedded benefit. Employees request advances through the Payleo app or USSD, and funds land in their M-Pesa or bank account within minutes.
At month-end, Payleo generates a single, transparent invoice. Every advance is reconciled against payroll automatically, so your finance team never has to chase individual deductions.
